How to Read Your AMR Meter Display: AMR meters have three display screens which rotate. The first display screen is a segment check that looks like eights across the screen. This screen is to assure the reader that all segments of the display are lighting up and functioning. The second screen is the kilowatt hour reading. The third screen is peak demand. Peak demand is not used in the calculation of most bills and should be disregarded. |
