Charles Holman

District 4 - That part of Jackson County lying west of Marshall Creek, west of the Chipola River, north of U.S. Highway 90 and east of Holmes Creek.

Holman was elected to WFEC’s Board in October 1997. He serves on the Engineering and Operations Committee and the Member Services Committee.
