Apple Dumplings

Ingredients:
• 1 10-count Pillsbury® canned buttermilk biscuits
• 6 apples, peeled & chopped (can use pears)
• 1 12 oz. can 7-Up®
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup margarine
• 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Roll out biscuits thinly, spoon equal amount of chopped apples or pears onto each biscuit. Fold and close. Combine 7-Up®, sugar, margarine and cinnamon in a saucepan, bring to boil for 2 minutes. Pour over dumplings. Bake at 325o for 30 minutes.
