How: Co-op Information: West Florida Electric Cooperative would like to remind member-owners to update their records with the co-op. The reason for this request stems from the need to have accurate phone numbers and other information for the PORCHE system, (Power Outage Response Call Handling Equipment), WFEC’s automated system. To ensure that the cooperative has the correct information on your account, please take a moment to check the account information located on the top portion of your bill to verify its accuracy. If not, please provide the correct information and return the form below to any WFEC district office. You may also mail it to: P.O. Box 127, Graceville, FL 32440 or fax it to (850) 263-3330.
