Leasing Surge Protection

A meterbase surge protector can be leased for $3.25/mon. with a one time $10 installation fee. It will give an audible signal to let you know it has taken a hit and needs to be replaced. We will replace it as many times as necessary. If you do incur any damage, we will do all the necessary paperwork for your claim. This unit is designed to protect you electromechanical devices such as motors and compressors that are typically in large appliances such as refrigerators, freezers and heating and cooling systems. It is not designed to protect sensitive electronics equipment such as microwaves, TV’s, DVD players, etc. or any appliance with a microprocessor.
We also lease, along with the meterbase surge protector, the Homeguard plug in kit. These plug in units are secondary protection designed specifically for your sensitive electronics equipment such as those mentioned above. The Homeguard kit along with the meterbase will give you the protection you need for the majority of your homes appliances and electronics. The Homeguard kit along with the merterbase protector leases for $5.75/mon.This has the same replacement policy as the meterbase lease.
